THE PURCHASE OF PARTICIPATION IN THE NOLIMITCOINS ENTERTAINMENT VIDEO GAME WITH NO VALUE AWARDED TO WINNERS, IS NOT REQUIRED TO ENTER, PARTICIPATE OR WIN PRIZES IN THIS PROMOTION. SUCH A PURCHASE WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

These Award Rules supplement the Terms of Use & Service Agreement and in no way replace them. All applicable terms and defined terms from the Terms of Use & Service Agreement apply to these Award Rules.

The Privacy Policy also applies to the Award Rules. The personal information provided by the participant to fulfill the Award Rules is subject to regulation in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The site offers to play Video games for fun and enjoyment. The site also offers free participation in Promotional games. Participation in Promotional games is possible through free online currency entries - Super Coins. Super Coins can be used to enter the game in order to win additional Super Coins available to redeem for prizes.

PARTICIPATION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. About this promotion

1.1 This Promotion is intended to promote and advertise the sale of participation in the NoLimitCoins family of entertainment video games played individually or as you may choose, as tournament competitions for winner rankings only, by the means described under the heading below, “How to Enter.” The Sponsor of this promotion is A1 Development LLC, 3597 E Monarch Sky Lane Suite 240, PMB #2940, Meridian, Idaho 83646.

1.2 To purchase game play on the no-prize video games and to participate in them, you can register on the NoLimitCoins website (www.nolimitcoins.com) (the “Website”) by establishing a user account.

1.3 The “Promotion” is the Website’s free game of chance promotion functionality with which you can connect to participate in this promotion, after you have registered and established a NoLimitCoins user account. No payment is required to do so. To participate in this promotion, you must register in your own name. The Sponsor will establish on the Website an account in your name. You will receive a unique account number to access your account through your mobile device or home computer.

1.4 On accessing your account you can view the balances current at the time, of:

(1) prepayments applied to purchase participation in the family of NoLimitCoins no-prize entertainment video games, competitions and tournaments
(2) accumulated promotional prize amounts currently available to either (a) purchase entertainment game participation, or (b) to distribute to you in cash. (You can not use promotional game winnings for extended participation in this promotion.)

1.5 The purchase of participation in NoLimitCoins no-prize entertainment games is not refundable.

1.6 This promotion begins May 15, 2023 and ends on May 15, 2024.

1.7 This promotion and all entries and entitlements to awards is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Only persons who are at least eighteen years of age at the time of participation and who live in and participate in: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South, Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin are eligible to participate in this promotion.

2.2 Participation from any state other than those named above is not allowed and is blocked. No promotional prize will be awarded to anyone outside of Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South, Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin.

2.3 Additionally, employees and contractors of the Sponsor and members of and affiliates of the Sponsor, together with their respective families and persons living in their homes, are ineligible to participate in this promotion or win.

2.4 Only natural persons are eligible to purchase participation in NoLimitCoins entertainment video games, to participate in this promotion, and to receive any promotional prize.

2.5 The Sponsor has and reserves the right to verify at any time the identity, residence and place of participation of any NoLimitCoins registrant or account holder and to suspend or block access to any account holder’s account for any reason or with no reason.

2.6 Winning a prize is subject to the fulfillment of all requirements set forth in these Award Rules.

2.7 Participation in the Promotional games means the Participant's full and unconditional consent to these Award Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

2.8 Super Coins may be confiscated if the Participant's user account is deactivated at the Participant's request or the Sponsor's decision.

3. How to enter

3.1 To enter this promotion, to participate in the promotional game and to complete your purchase of participation in NoLimitCoins no-prize entertainment video games, with the Sponsor’s assistance you must establish a user account with the Website, www.nolimitcoins.com.

3.2 There is no charge to establish a user account. When your user account is established, you can prepay at any time and from time to time, for participation in NoLimitCoins no-prize entertainment video games, through the payment facility on the Website.

3.3 Schedule of charges for participation in NoLimitCoins no-prize video games is shown below:

3.4 With each purchase of participation in NoLimitCoins no-prize entertainment video games you will receive entitlement to participate in the Promotion in the promotional video game for which the Sponsor offers cash prizes, at the rate of at least one hundred (100) Super Coins for each dollar of purchase.

3.5 You can access the Promotion only through www.nolimitcoins.com.

3.6 If you win an award, you can use the award only to purchase participation in NoLimitCoins no-prize video games and to claim an award in cash by bank wire transfer to your bank account disclosed in confidence to the Sponsor when you established your user account with the Website, www.nolimitcoins.com.

3.7 Use of the game promotion entries (Super Coins) will not reduce your entitlement to participate in NoLimitCoins no-prize entertainment video games.

4. How to enter for free (that is, without buying anything).

4.1 There are two ways to participate for free in the NoLimitCoins Promotion: (1)(a) by entering (in addition to your account number) your name and birth date as required to begin playing, and then (1)(b) by playing the no-prize play money game, using a hundred thousand (100 000) coins for participation in the no-prize play-money game that your received on the day that you connected to the NoLimitCoins Website, (2) by mail.

4.2 Free entry request by United States Postal Service first class mail can be accessed as follows. For each complying request by United States Postal Service first class mail received by the Sponsor, the Sponsor will award one hundred (100) Super Coins.

4.2.1 To request by mail: on a white piece of paper no smaller than three inches by five inches, legibly write by hand:

(a) “NoLimitCoins Free Entry Request,”
(b) your full legal name,
(c) your date of birth,
(d) the full street address of where you live,
(e) your telephone number,
(f) your email address,
(g) your NoLimitCoins user account number.

Then write by hand on an envelope:

(a) your return address
(b)address by hand the envelope to NoLimitCoins Promotion, Free Super Coins, A1 Development LLC, 3597 E Monarch Sky Lane Suite 240, PMB #2940, Meridian, Idaho 83646.

4.2.2 Use the envelope that you hand-addressed to send your request by U.S. Postal Service mail per the address set out above.

4.2.3 Only one request may be mailed in an envelope.

4.2.4 Limit for individual requests by mail: 100 Super Coins per complying stamped outer envelope containing a complying written request.

4.2.5 A Free Entry Request can be accepted no more than once a day for one NoLimitCoins account.

4.2.6 The sponsor will process each complying request by accurating free Super Coins to participant’s NoLimitCoins account balance and by sending an email confirmation regarding the procedure outcome.

4.2.7 Free entry requests will be disqualified for any of:

(1) illegibility,
(2) inclusion one envelope of more than a single free entry request or inclusion with the free entry request of any other correspondence or other materials,
(3) lost, late, damaged, misdirected or postage due requests,
(4) requests that in the sole opinion of the Sponsor are machine generated, in whole or in part, including (not limited to) postage affixed by postage meter or other device and further including the outer envelope,
(5) requests received from any source other than United States Postal Service first class mail.

4.2.8 The decision regarding eligibility or disqualification of free entry requests shall be solely that of the Sponsor and shall be final.

4.2.9 Free entry requests received by the Sponsor become the Sponsor’s property upon receipt.

4.2.10 Ineligible and non-complying free entry requests will not be acknowledged.

4.2.11 Free Super Coins have no cash value: they can not be used to purchase goods or services from any source or transferred from one person to another.

5. Prizes, Games, Winner Determination and Odds of Winning

5.1 Cash is available to eligible participants in the NoLimitCoins game promotion (but not to users of the NoLimitCoins no-prize entertainment video games) as a prize. Not every entry in the free game of chance promotion will win a prize.

5.2 Residents in the Website server are finite sets of electronic game pieces in a family of electronic finite deals of electronic game pieces. Each electronic game piece is associated with a specific prize value (some are zero) to be awarded. When you play the promotional game, each time you start a play, you withdraw one or more (as you may choose) of the electronic game pieces from the finite deal for each promotional entry credit that you used to start the play. (For example, if you commit thirty promotional game entry credits to start a play, the award for that play will be the sum of the prize values associated with each of the thirty electronic game pieces within the applicable finite deal of game pieces.)

5.3 Each promotional game title and play level within the title has its own finite deal of electronic game pieces, each game piece with its own award value. The order of values within a deal is determined randomly. When an electronic game piece is withdrawn from the deal, it is not replaced until the finite deal is fully depleted. Then, to enable continuous game play, the deal is reconstituted with the same number and individual value of electronic game pieces but a different random order from which each electronic game piece is sequentially drawn. Several styles of game titles are available to the player.

5.4 Over and above the promotional prizes discussed above, participants in all promotional game titles are eligible to win an award from each of four progressive pools. These progressive prize pools are identified in the Website promotional game section as “Red,” “Silver,” “Gold,” and “Diamond.”

5.4.1 Each time a participant in the game promotion commits promotional credits to initiate a draw from the finite prize pool associated with any promotional game title, approximately two percent (2%), subject to rounding) of the credits committed are allocated not to the draw from the finite deal, but to the family of four progressive-prize pools. This allocation is not uniform across the four pools. Rather, allocation is shown in the table below, subject to rounding. When the total number of promotion points in each progressive pool reach the distribution trigger shown in the table below for the applicable pool, then each participant in the game promotion who is then active and who initiates the single play with a commitment of at lesast thirty (30) promotional game credits, becomes eligible for distribution of the entire contents of the pool. When all participants are eligible, all participants are informed, through artwork on the video screen before them during participation, that the pool is available for distribution to any participant who initiates a draw by committing to initiate the draw, at least thirty promotional points. When a progressive pool is available for distribution, on an ongoing basis, a random number generator polls each active account currently participating in the game promotion and triggers the award to one of the players according to the random number generator’s theoretical win percentage shown in the table below.

Please note that the theoretical hit percentage noted above is the percentage of random number generator outputs that will result in a distribution award to one of the participants then active and eligible in the game promotion. Accordingly, from the point of view of the individual participant, precise odds of winning a distribution from a progressive pool can not be determined in advance of the actual distribution.

5.5 Only Games that have been played with Super Coins provide the opportunity to win prizes that could be redeemed for real money. The specific prize that can be won while playing a specific Game will be shown on the Site within the individual interface of each Game.

5.6 Unless otherwise stated or required by Sponsor, any Super Coins allocated to a Participant must be played through at least once before it can be redeemed for real money.

5.7 The maximum winnings that can be redeemed resulting from a prize that player has gotten for free (e.g. after playing NoLimitCoins Wheel game) are limited to 25.00 per account. If using promotional entries awarded within a referral program to play games, the maximum winnings amount to be redeemed is limited to 50.00 winnings.

6. How to Claim a Prize

6.1 Winnings awarded from promotional game play may be used by means of your mobile device or personal computer to purchase game play of the NoLimitCoins no-prize entertainment video games. Alternatively, if the participant chooses, winnings awarded from game play may be used to redeem for real money at the rate of 1$ for each awarded 1.00 winning that is not used to purchase Coins to play no-prize entertainment video game, but is redeemed; provided however that only those who live in and participate from US excluding restricted states (Washington, Idaho, Wyoming, Michigan) are eligible to use winnings to purchase Coins used in the entertainment video game or to redeem for real money.

6.2 To redeem for cash, the participant must have at least 25.00 awarded winnings that are available for cash redemption, (Awarded credits are not available to extend participation in the NoLimitCoins free game of chance promotion.)

6.3 A Participant’s Super Coins balance is shown in the Participant’s User Account. Participants should be switched to Promotional Mode in order to see the Super Coins balance.

6.4 To redeem awarded winnings for real money, at any time that your balance of winnings available for redemption is at least 25.00 winnings, click the “Redeem” button on the Website menu option and follow the prompts.

6.5 Prior to any prize redemptions:

6.5.1 The name on your credit or debit card or other payment method must match the name appearing on your User Account;

6.5.2 Your age, identity and all other required verification checks including but not limited to sources of funds and wealth should be completed;

6.5.3 For security reasons and for the prevention of money laundering, we will only authorize a redemption of prizes to a bank or bank account held in your name. If you provide account details which relate to a bank account held jointly between you and another person, you accept that any prizes will be paid into that joint account, and they may require you to supply additional documentation relating to the person who jointly holds the bank account with you so that we may identify and verify the join account holder.

6.6 Sponsor will not be responsible for any taxes or fees associated with a prize redemption. Participants are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or redemption.

6.7 All prize winnings are subject to verification of eligibility.

6.8 As a condition of award, prize winners may be required to show proof of eligibility and to provide such information as the Sponsor may require to make governmental filings (including and not limited to Internal Revenue Service Form 1099-MISC) that are required by law.

6.9 Entitlement to a prize is not transferable from the account holder to any other person.

6.10 Potential prize winners must comply with these Award Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6.11 We process redemption requests as quickly as possible as soon as practicable, on a first-served basis. We can only process one prize redemption request for one person once every 24 hours.

6.12 By submitting a redemption request, you acknowledge and agree that the payment processing process may take up to 10 days in total.

6.13 We reserve the right to limit the prizes redemption to Participants up to 2,000.00 per day, at our sole discretion.

6.14 If a Member requests the closure of his/her account while having on it an amount of Super Coins less than the minimum redemption limit, the Super Coins will be confiscated as a result.

6.15 In the event one or more of a Participant’s redeem transactions is subject to a chargeback, all possible pending redeem requests will be canceled, and no further redeems will be allowed.

6.16 When the User chooses to redeem winnings for cash, this can only be to the payment option that was also used for their last purchase. This payment option has to be duly verified in accordance with NoLimitCoins’s respective terms of use. In case the User chooses to redeem winnings for cash to the different payment medium, NoLimitCoins reserves the right to request any reasonable supporting evidence, e.g. bank verification letter, etc., until it can form a reasonable proof that such a payment medium is legally and beneficially owned by the User. NoLimitCoins will not make payments to such a payment medium until the User provides satisfactory supporting information as requested.

6.17 Redemptions via Amazon Gift Cards are limited to 400.00 per day.

6.18 NoLimitCoins presumes that all account and financial actions are made by the account owner. The user is obliged to inform administration about any known case of illegal use of their account by third parties as soon as possible. After this, the account will be suspended until the block is canceled by the verified user. NoLimitCoins is not responsible for actions committed by third parties before the account is suspended.

7. Other Terms and Conditions

7.1 This promotional game ends on the earliest of (a) the termination date set out above , or (b) when terminated by the Sponsor for the reasons stated below.

7.2 The Sponsor reserves the right to modify and/or terminate this promotion and to take such other measures that the Sponsor may deem necessary or appropriate, in its sole discretion, to preserve the integrity of the promotion or in the event that it or associated practices or equipment become corrupted, technically or otherwise. In such an event, prizes will be awarded only from Super Coins received prior to the date and time of termination or modification.

7.3 Winners may be required, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, to execute and return to the Sponsor, an affidavit of eligibility form provided by the Sponsor and if the aggregate winnings in any calendar year exceed six hundred dollars ($600.00), an IRSFormW-9 on which the winner’s social security account number is posted.

7.4 If the potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to properly execute and return the affidavit of eligibility form within the required time period, that potential winner forfeits the prize.

7.5 Prizes paid (both used to purchase amusement game no-prize participation and used for a cash award) are taxable income to each participant, on a calendar annual aggregate basis, and reportable to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (and as may apply, to the state Department of Revenue) on an IRS form 1099 MISC.

7.6 Participating entrants release the Sponsor, together with all other businesses involved in this game promotion, together with the representatives, employees, officers, members, managers and directors of each, of all claims and liability related to participation in this game promotion.

7.7 Any game promotion notice, entry form or other writing, including (but not limited to) writings in electronic form, that contains an error (printing, human, technical or other) shall be deemed null and void.

7.8 TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION OF THE ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS GAME PROMOTION, VOIDS ALL PLAY ON IT.

7.9 In case of a game malfunction during the play, all the following actions and game results will be voided. In particular, the winnings received may be canceled.

7.10 As a part of the NoLimitCoins Terms of Use and Service Agreement displayed on the Website, these Award Rules are an enforceable contract between the Sponsor and severally, each natural person who participatesin the NoLimitCoins game promotion. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced as specified in the NoLimitCoins Terms of Use and Service Agreement, including (not limited to) choice of law, forum selection and agreement to binding arbitration. BY ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF USE AND SERVICE AGREEMENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THESE AWARD RULES, THE PARTICIPANT WAIVES THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY A JURY. Any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred.

8. Text And Email Solicitations

8.1 The Sponsor may send to you, announcements regarding promotions and features of the Promotion and other services that are or from time to time become available on the NoLimitCoins Web Site. By acceptong the Terms of Use and Service Agreement, you have agreed to accept these solicitations. However, you can opt out. To cancel your consent to this, notify us by signed/dated hard-copy correspondence through the mail, postage prepaid, addressed to the Sponsor at A1 Development LLC, 3597 E Monarch Sky Lane Suite 240, PMB #2940, Meridian, Idaho 83646. When we receive your correspondence about opting out, we will take commercially reasonable steps to stop sending to you announcements and solicitations.
